Upon her passing, the 401k interest was transferred to me into an inherited IRA account at the same servicer.

I own an interior design and renovation service, so I'm ready to skip step one and go right to the distressed property.

Overall, the setup and funding process was extremely straight-forward and the customer service was great.  

It's hard for me to imagine suburban office / retail getting hit harder than it already has, and a small building for small companies in the services field feels interesting to me - right now that's a "Feel" and I have to wrap my head around whether data supports this hunch or not, but I do at the very least like the fact that office has been hit so hard, and seems to have no net new supply coming online. 

Either way, I get that this is a contrary viewpoint, so I didn't come here to debate, only to present the concept and to offer my services if it was appealing to post creator.

Still doing some digging, but if the neighborhood and city will allow it then will take the next step and see if the cost of these additional services would negate the value of splitting the property up or not. 

I researched some eviction attorneys and property management companies who offer 'problem tenant' services so most likely will reach out to them.

Utilities will need to be in your name, and you will want to provide strong wireless internet, as well as some sort of basic streaming service like Netflix at a bare minimum for entertainment purposes.
