Appreciate any guidance.Best regards  My recommendation is ot search the forum posts here on SDIRA and lenders as there are very few lenders and you can google and look up here on BP the terms that they provide. 

If your PM is recommending a reduction of $100 on a $2000 a month rental property but you don't want to lose that money every month.

I believe they were recommended to by a neighbor of one of our partners.

They were seeking secondary homes for their family that could be rented to help offset costs and didn't require an immediate or transferrable permit.

This website would include a walk-through video, more photos, information on what to do in the area, shopping recommendations, places to go, and things to see.

I wouldn't focus singularly on individual city initiatives/projects and would recommend focusing more on fundamentals.

Agreed - plus two additional thoughts:1) I always recommend having your CPA also review the drafted operating agreement for the tax issues.
