Their credit reports, IDs and background checks are usually enough to verify their identity.

Does quickbooks or any other software allow me to consolidate everything to one app and automatically input my accounting, with reports?

If accepted, I have my inspector inspect the property and provide me a report on the state of all systems and structural. then I use this report to build my scope of work and know what repairs need to be made. then I type out this list and solicit bids from 2-3 contractors/GCs/ handymen depending on the nature of the rehab.

Developer I hired was located overseas and every time I asked for reports on work done made an excuse about going off due to national holidays.

Does the mortgage stay on their credit reporting?
