I saw how lucrative it was to invest in my property and I wanted to replicate the process How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Curious why you aren't replicating what you just did to make another large chunk of capital? 

My first year goal is to replicate my two previous incomes working ~20 hours per week.

I am cautiously optimistic that we can replicate everything you said in the first paragraph. 

I'll also post pictures and updates in this thread but I won't replicate what David has already done so well to date.

I am with guests support a lot of times & they fail to replicate my issue however with the cost and other benefits , I am chosing to stick with the lesser of the evils .

(that said, I've spent more than a little time imagining how to replicate what Paul has done.

Unless you’re an interior designer, you probably won’t be able to replicate the high-end, gorgeous look that many flippers have perfected in their remodels.

Can anyone recommend and / or help replicate this model in other places?
