I am trying to reduce the risk involved in having the condo completely vacant.I have been listening to the BP podcast religiously, read rich dad poor dad, notes are 10 plus pages deep, and have been analyzing a few properties in my spare time.I am looking to build a relationship with a realtor, broker, and or wholesaler in the Murrieta Temecula area to make my first purchase a reality.

Examples: Instead of getting general admission tickets to a concert, you'll be able to buy back-stage access and meet the artistInstead of going out to your local dollar-beer night on Thursdays, you could afford to go out and get bottle service (if that's your thing) Instead of going to Chipotle for lunch religiously, you could take all of your close friends to a more expensive restaurant on you- without having to think about itInstead of backpacking across Europe and eating ramen the whole time, you'll be able to travel comfortably and experience whatever intrigues you, passing up on nothing (again, if that's your thing)These are just quick examples off of the top of my head, as they are the things that I myself end up 'passing' on most frequently.

definitely not the bank or state, since the seller still rent out the property and collect rent and pays back the mortgage. but she signed the AOS which means she has to deliver the property. or we get some sort of compensation for our architect work done to get the religious purpose approved by State previously.thanks

We are in an area close to downtown/festivals/tourist areas but because there is a lot of student housing around us, the complex was still relatively affordable at the time of purchase.
