Half the time when someone asks about getting a pet, they already have one...My friend had a big dog which destroyed brand new hardwood in a year and cost them thousands to refinish when they moved.

Refinishes all the hardwood floors, painted, updated the kitchens.

I do, but solid hardwood can be refinished over and over, and it’s not that much work in my opinion.

Biggest job is interior painting the whole house (but this is only a 700 sq ft house), which I DID hire out because I don’t like doing it, and refinishing two rooms of hardwood floors, which I also don’t enjoy doing but have done many times before... including this house.

it has hardwood floors in most rooms to be refinished.. and some siding work on the front (see pic)  the rest is livable.. just old and run down. 

Flooring refinish 1000sf @ $3 sf = $3000 / 7 years / 12= $35 per unit or $70 per month.

All it needs is new light fixtures, paint and floor, appliances, and cabinet refinishes.

Without going into a full blown refinishing the floor, is deck paint a good option for the floor inside?
