I live near Sprinker recreation center on the northern part of Spanaway.

We are a single income family and, while my salary meets our basic needs with some room for recreation, we are by no means getting way ahead living here or anywhere near this area, for that matter.

Palestine seems to be a bit of stretch for that as oil field is the only thing going for now or possibly for recreation with that lake there.  

We now have 5 rentals and 2 recreation properties that are vacant land.

This includes the building structure, lobbies, elevators and recreational areas.When you rent your condominium, you can deduct expenses, such as depreciation, repairs, interest and taxes that relate to the common property.

2) Sewage MUST be connected OR a septic tank installed before it can be deemed livable.3) Trailer moving crew would need to be hired or the proper equipment/vehicles rented in order to move the trailer onsite4) Evaluate and hire park management company5) See whether a construction loan would be necessary, especially since all of the homes would be manufactured (with additions installed through time), and depending on whether an investor can step in instead (which would be preferred)6) Any unused land would be preserved for park and recreational activities (with the exception of hunting and depending on proximity to residences and local, state and federal laws)I would like to hear from anyone with critique, feedback and interest in this idea, especially from people who would be able to contribute time, energy and/or capital to such a project, and God willing, together we could develop a working business plan out of itThank You,Patrick

Some are legitimate but many issues we can't recreate during a diagnosis only to leave and get another maintenance request in the next few weeks. 

To add another note to it, city of Cape Coral is considered to be one of the safest cities in US , the city just approved a budget to build 11 recreational parks in a community along with other projects under way like Seven Islands, etc. 

I am planning to buy a farm and won’t have use for all the land so I would love to start an organization providing agricultural, hunting, fishing, etc. educational and recreation programs for youth.

Granite Shoals is a recreation community in the Hill Country of Texas the lots are cheap for a reason.
