In addition I took the UTS test and passed it.. and that allows me to reciprocate licenses with virtually every state in the Union.. but then you have state specific laws.loans to LLCs by HML will 99% of the time come with PG's.. is my expeirnce.

And just try to tell a bank or OREO company your going to use someone else .. they just won't sell it to you.what happens is agents get all sorts of perks from title companies and so they try to reciprocate using the escrow officers they know and trust  ( different in attorney states of course).
