I have one main search query and several "specialty" searches.For the main search query, I search the main zip codes I focus on, up to $100K list price (I don't purchase higher than that), 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, built after 1978.

If one were to search a simple line on google "can i use a conventional loan on a distressed property" all of the queries state that it is generally not possible.

I'm beginning to re-think this, though, as I am the one paying for the VRBO listing -- they are just managing queries -- I can do that on my own.
