This will protect me from any clouds on title as well as liens that weren't listed or filed at the time of the auction like a mechanic's lien.Now, SOMETIMES the auction will be postponed.

I know with the short timeframe, I need to focus on postponing the foreclosure or getting it removed completely first and foremost.

Maybe you will be correct and in the next year or two there will be a significant decline but you have already been making these predictions for a while now and so far have not been correct.Only time will tell if you are correct and I may be wishing I had postponed my recent purchases.
