Something to ponder...since 2000 the top 3 areas for total returns in Cali are LA, SF and San Diego.

Still pondering what to offer.

I have been pondering a similar idea.

This being said I have pondered in possibly investing in Yuba City since I have been going there since meeting my wife in 2013.

For those legal professionals who are knowledgeable and kind enough to ponder on this issue I'd like to state that I'm not interested in starting a dialogue with the city about it, but searching a legal stand to oppose it, finding a good one might also mean initiating a legal sue. 

The problem is, the more I ponder this strategy, the more I realize that if I find a good deal for fix and flip, that deal would also probably make a excellent deal for a rehab and rent.

I always pondered doing a duplex for some of my first properties because the idea of it sounds great, but the actual ROI is not really that.  

I've done  some  pondering and  have  decided to up the  ante  and  boost up my business  credit.  

It has been talked about, pondered, debated but has never happened.So, my thought is to make it a 60 day challenge and document the whole damn thing.  

You now having me pondering how I could get in unit laundry into my units to maximize rents and minimize turnover.
