I don't think there's any clear cut way to get it adjusted on Zillow, not that I know of at least.Good thing is most people will rely more on BCAD to get their square footage numbers so it shouldn't cause you any significant issues.On using Zillow to keep track of resale value, it's true they can be way off, but I'm also guilty of giving the Zestimate range a quick glance to see if a deal would even be feasible.
