Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase a condo or coop in Manhattan and rent it for close to break even? 

(For example - contacting folks for properties in Manhattan might be out of your price range - but upstate NY could be affordable.)Happy to help!

The company only acquires Condo's or apartment building in Manhattan to either flip or hold long term depending on the asset and the return being brought in by the acquisition.

I can only speak on NYC:The cap rate for many of the properties are very very low in Manhattan and even in Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens.
