In my experience most packages are not great.

Everyone's going to offer a little different financing packages. 

I know when I did some B of A refi's in MS  they send a mobile notary the packages were HUGE took at least 2 hours to go through them all. 

The price point was considerably better in terms of packages and I liked the format.

A lot of buyers in search of turnkey want everything together in a nice tidy package, so to speak, and they're typically seeking it from someone whose business model it is to provide turnkey ... it's the package that makes it worth the premium price, not just the condition of the property or the fact that it's rented.

Some loan packages require staying in the home for a period of time.

My question is kinda geared towards I think what you had said do I want to buy one at a time or just start trying to bundle packages etc which I know I would have to use commercial.

I'm working on getting my goals down to start building towards a great future.I purchased the ultimate package of "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down".  

Some times bundles are cheaper but many times they package price is more than the individual properties would sell for and if thats the case its always a bad deal IMO

The Landlord Agent did not include the required media package of $110.00.
