i suspect oil from the surface lot has been accumulating in this basin.

It is simply 10 residential units and no other facilities like clubhouse, pool etc.

These tenants could certainly afford a traditional hall/facility but chose the open space & kept the $$$ down.

It's a 4 metal building storage facility with a total of 24 storage units that rent for $600/month each.

I think that area is drawing a lot of attention due to the future location of a face book corporate facility and the Toyota plant.

So far they roof is 10 years old, not missing any shingles or anything. looks good.Water heaters are 5 years old.Furnace is an oil furnance and is fairly new, replaced less then 10 years ago.
