I suspect in your lifetime IB will have RE costs that have surpassed many of its current RE price peers.How patient are you? 

Do some like buying apartment complexes, option leasing, reverse wholesaling, or Fix and Flip (which is doing good right now).Take action, never quit, be patient, and be knowledgeable. 

I guess I need to be more patient an hope something will pop up.

Be patient and consistent and you can find these deals.

Just practice and be patient, and sooner or later you will find the right deal/ opportunity to enter the passive income dream we all share.Last, since you are military, there is someone who has had a similar situation as yourself who has succeeded.

It took 7 months to get the deal done due to different things so I learned that anything can and will happen, and you just have to be patient and go with the flow.

He was patient as you kept dumping freon into the same obviously busted unit (and I'll bet it looks plenty old), hoping for a different outcome by doing the same thing over and over.

Its like when you get an xray and the tech can not discuss the results with th patient.
