Hey folks, so this morning one of my colleagues posted (from another person) some reasons why sec 8 can be very difficult.

However, on move-in day, the tenant claimed the unit wasn't clean enough and refused to move in, despite my offer to clean whatever was needed the next morning.

I'm trying to figure out if anybody has done this before and how the transaction was accepted by the loan originators.Good morning sir, How did this turn out?
