There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1.

I have been a member since 2012 and never regretted a minute of it.

Btw, my understanding is that LLCs with only spouses as members don’t give you protection, so maybe you just avoid LLCs altogether, hold title under trusts for anonymity and just bulk up your personal umbrella.

Charlie - If you start an LLC as a single-member LLC the profits and losses will flow through your personal income tax return without filing a business tax return.

It's a friend or family member and not a business, like a person, they would need to submit a proof of funds from one bank account with a signed letter saying they will provide the funds for the purchase of this address.

Since I'm the sole member of the LLC is there anything I need to be concerned about or consequences if I make a mistake? 

About a month ago a family member of mine let him know that he was going to sell his dad's house.
