Another good resource is listening to the Note MBA podcast from front to back.If you decide it is for you, educate yourself, find a mentor and avoid the $20K Gurus.  

I give a vote for REI investing right now and using the money for a house down-payment.I have a Bachelor's in Social Science & Law, my MBA in Finance & Marketing Management.

I earned my MBA and Masters in Systems Engineering from SJSU.

This is a case of where my accounting MBA background plus what I read online is in conflict with my CPA's  knowledge. 

@Andre Jernigan I did my whole MBA on line and did better then I did in person with my undergrad.

I came up through the skilled trades as a diesel heavy equipment mechanic by day and full-time college student at night all the way up to the culmination of my MBA in International Business from the University of Baltimore.

Also, I’ll be ending my MBA this December and coming out of command too so my time schedule will free up significantly.

Is this an MBA with a RE focus or something different?

I got a degree in finance and an MBA but have made multiples of my work income investing in real estate.
