Westchester may be out of my league to start. 

Hi Bigger Pockets,I'm currently a minor league baseball player in the Minnesota Twins organization.

Also I have recently been looking for a spring /summer softball league in the West Hartford area to sign up a team if you know of any please let me know!

I coach my sons little league team, and I'm hoping that my 3 year old daughter will love softball eventually.

I might be out of my league but I strongly desire to purchase a large portfolio and thus retire my corporate career and focus solely on real estate.

Shopping center and stores being developed as well as a GIANT sports complex that supposedly is going to have a minor league baseball team.

Is this possible in the Bay Area or am I way out of my league?

If you have the greatest mentor and coach at baseball in the world but you don't know anything about the sport then you will be taking that mentor/coaches time to first teach you the basics that you could have easily learned on your own or by watching some baseball games or joining a local league; and that is probably not the the best use of the mentor/coach's time.  

Or how much and what kind of sunblock the big leagues are going to allow on pitcher's forearms in day games next year.
