I found ways to be creative because I just couldn't fly 10 hours to deal with repairs or other things that came up.The main difference(s) I see between my small operation of one and something with 30+ units is that I would need a website, lawyer, CPA, and maybe a call center.

I don't contribute anything to this website other than the posts i made about the person charging me.So now I get to go up against someone that has a million dollar lawyer while all I'd be able to afford was a free public defender.I am absolutely having a break down due to this websites inability to care about what their inactions do to people...agreeing to their terms of service when we make our accounts shouldnt give them the right to hold onto all the media if it creates massive problems for us.

It is usually better to have a clause for the destruction or return of information in the NDA so that if negotiations fail, the sensitive information still stays protected.ConclusionThe law covering NDAs is complex, so it is always good to review it with a lawyer before signing.

If you do sell on your own I always suggest hiring a lawyer which will charge hourly regardless of if the deal goes through or not.

It would look like a single collateralized loan to the property, where each investor gets a prorated return (and right to the collateral) and still receives a 1099 as a lender.I know I’ll need to work with a lawyer to set up, but I’d appreciate any help to point me in the right direction.

decent lawyer will shred him in depot.. was he lying then or is he lying now.regardless I can see 7 figures going out for legal defense and or more if he gets criminally charged. and he better have paid his tax's  LOL that's how they got Capone as we all know.
