I think you're right because I've heard that elsewhere, but on an intuitive level I just find it hard to comprehend. 

Thanks to everyone-excellent advice and I’m glad my intuition is in line with what you all recommend.  

Once you get in front of them you layout your plan as to what you feel is needed for the property to be made livable.

He seems to know his stuff, has worked on boats all his life, was able to lay out for me in detail a couple options to redo my kitchen and bath cabinets for $12/hr and he'd use me or someone for grunt work.

We did consult with an architect and the options aren't ideal in terms of layout but it is possible (and expensive).

You need to lay out who owns what, who pays for what, who is responsible for what, what profit your each entitled too and many many more things.

That they don't value their readers' time, or that they think a reader doesn't intuitively grasp what a brand identity is? 

My problem is the layout is so bad that im afraid that it will kill the sale.
