If a dual agency is going to be established, it needs to be disclosed to all parties involved, and each party would need to agree in writing to the new relationship, and limitations that come with it.When you are dealing with a Realtor of integrity, none of these situations present issues. 

It would be a bonus if they could integrate with Buildertrend too.

Most important it must have integrity and not too pricey.

Do they really need a fully integrated set of drawings for a 1200 SF rehab?

Personally I'm thinking about using Google Pay (no fee with just bank accounts) since it integrates well with email and you don't need to sign up for anything to send payments (at least that's what they advertise).

Majority of the MLS systems I work with integrate directly with Zillow/Trulia, and some folks syndicate to hundreds of other sites as well.

If there was a politician, State, Federal or anywhere in your current National election cycle that you felt had the personal integrity and ethical leadership values to take control of the ship - who would it be and why?

I didn't ask about the hard money lender, since dh & I aren't interested in going that route.Adding the commission/pts into the loan would be all above board and transparent - we are very fortunate in that we have no doubt as to this guy's integrity.

The most important thing you have in life is your integrity, so I would never give it up just to save a couple bucks on a loan.
