Here's some basic copy & paste info that may help you make better investing decisions:----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.Property Class will typically dictate the Class of tenant you get, which greatly IMPACTS rental income stability and property maintenance/damage by tenants.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a property in Class D area to Class A standards, what quality of tenant will you get?

Anything requiring court or judicial decisioning is extremely slow.

I’ve joined some of these before & they often feel like sales pitches or marketing ploys, but I won’t be pumping people for information or trying to make a mailing list or any of that.

Its pretty awesome (BTW, I am not affiliated with FUB, just a passionate users)You can capture all the homeowner demographics along with associated relationships and information - pictures, files, emails, notes, calls, text, etc.You can have a team number(s) at no addition costs (we use it to lead generate for different states and can be configured to round-robin. 

Here are a few suggestions on how you can maximize the wealth of information available: Check out the blogs and podcasts, or take advantage of the search feature (magnifying glass).

So far, it’s going really well, and I’m glad we made the shift.For me, the decision wasn’t about issues with self-managing but more about freeing up time and mental space to focus on the next steps in our investing journey.Curious to hear others’ experiences as well!
