You need cut out wholesalers and go direct.Some might not like that I said that but the wholesaler could be holding this up.Also you aren't in direct control the of the process.The wholesaler could be telling you it's one issue when it's really another to keep you engaged on the long shot that this closes so they get paid.If it was a long shot you would want to know upfront.

Fundamentally I still say you are comparing apples to oranges and that one should not juxtapose indirect rent pricing with direct home interest deductions.
