At the end of the civil war it was the carpet baggers coming to "help" the South.Our government is throwing money around ...and new laws around... which no one understands and the banks are changing management staff, as well as the rank and file instead of dealing with the problem systematically.

This company had attorneys on staff to perform the audits and they were successful because they were able to show that the banks did not perform their due diligence in creating the loan and were forced back into negotiations with the homeowner.
