Those needs might of been proximity to work, price, nightlife/community identity, schools, or combo of them....Then you probably picked a property that best fit those needs, right?

I believe this approach is more cost effective from an installation and equipment standpoint.As far as heat pumps are concerned I thinks its highly dependent on what part of the state you are in.

Also depreciate half of the building if your units are identical. 

So I would need to cover his cost and the cost of the equipment purchase/upkeep.My options as i see it are:1.
