It is in a 55+ community so my concern is that I would only be able to choose tenants from certain demographic.

I am concerned about parking and how that would work parking more vehicles along the street. 

Hello Fellow Investors,I have a concerning situation with my Detroit property (48228) and could use some guidance from experienced local investors.

I have a Bookkeeper for my farm expenses/income but I am not sure if she has any RE experience and has not gotten back to me if she will do it or not as she has suffered a health crisis this year and has cut back some. 

Depreciation I am less concerned with as I agree, based on what I understand, it's lowering taxes now, which will have to be paid later when the house is sold.

(Lot's are roughly going to be .5 of a acer in north Grafton Ma)I do have a few concerns: one lot has a FEMA line running through it, two lots are next to a railway, and the terrain is hilly.

Directly investing in real property investments, whether property, notes, tax liens, or leases requires a THOROUGH understanding of all LEGAL aspects concerning real estate law in general and the investment in particular.It’s IMPOSSIBLE for someone who hasn’t accumulated either a legal education in real estate law or 20 years active experience to have the knowledge and understanding of legal aspects sufficient to reduce legal risk to an acceptable level when investing directly in tax liens, notes or real property.  

My main concern was if I there would be any tenants looking for a place in that particular neighborhood.

I guess my biggest concern but having to sell the house if I were to leave the country.

I am concerned that newly forming DST’s are basically buying at top of market now, so who knows how successful they will be 7-10 years from now.
