I really would like an app or site that allows you to compile a list of properties with notes on the spot, and bonus points if it pulls up any info on the property as well. 

In reviewing the side-by-side comparison of Invelo plans I do NOT see any skip tracing feature listed.

Everything was going well until i got a vacancy, stessa will create a listing but its struggle is syndication.
