Everybody I know who's making real money in this is devoting real time to it, while a lot of casual gamblers and dilettantes are giving turnkey companies and property managers their money and hoping against hope that nothing bites them in the butt (and that never works in real estate).

They did a good job of dealing with the dud tenant  I wish their record keeping and reporting on maintenance issues were a little more in depth, but then this is the first PM I have dealt with so I may have unrealistic expectations.

I haven’t gone into depth reviewing the list yet but one thing I did notice that when I did a simple sort of the spreadsheet there were duplicates of the owners. it showed the exact same information.
