Trying to framework a partnership deal with a land developer where he already sub divided the land and I am coming in to build and sale single family residences.Two possible partnership scenario I can think of:1.

I got 2 estimates (in NY) for a 1000 sq ft. 2nd floor. 1 place I checked did modular extensions which are basically pre-built, fully finished units thats they just plop on top of your existing framework.

We aren't in this situation right at this instant, but foresee this coming up.Just wondering if you all have a good framework for prioritizing this stuff and / or do you have intermittent resources that can help?

If not covered, than the trading in the secondary market may or may not be covered by state laws/regs.I think we need to define what business we are talking about to determine the market acceptability of certain roles as well as the legal framework for that particular transaction.

I used treated and regular lumber to frame-out the benches and then skinned the framework with Hardiplank cement board.
