Relatively new investor in the McAllen area searching for an agent to assist with finding/purchasing small MFH properties.

If anyone has any recommendations for agents/investors in those areas I’m all ears.

a - If it doesn't, I don't close and get my EMD back (since it was done during the 7 day inspection period)     b - If it does, I close.If I wait to make my offers after inspections, I will lose a lot of properties because of the time it takes to schedule, drive to, wait for agents, do inspection, etc...for each property...then make the offer.

Also for larger deals, to qualify for agency debt, there might be requirements about the % of MH.

You can do a search for agents that are active on BP, if the other agent doesn't agent seem forthcoming.

It is highly unlikely that a smaller park with a loan of that size will qualify for agency debt, or make sense to approach a national bank.
