In many jurisdictions you have to file a fictitious business name statement (also known as a DBA) whenever you use a fictitious business name.

I'm starting with the goal of getting my real estate licence and then maybe being a realstate agent for a while.

For someone planning to invest out of state but not yet sure of location, from an educational benefit perspective does it matter which state I get the license in, and can anyone recommend a good source of real estate licence training materials?  

Here, which I find it absolutely ridiculous, you don't even need to speak English to get your licence as they have tests in Spanish!!!!!

Apart from the fact you are totally illegal No contractor Licence. no realtor Licence.

Check out local REI meetings to find other agents who invest in real estate and find out where they hang their licence. 

For the 3 licences listed above: Real Estate Agent Licence, Contractors Licence, and Housing Inspector Licence, I am trying to find out if any or all of these are worth obtaining as a Real Estate Investor. 

I wasn't planning on getting a licence necessarily if I didn't need one.
