If you have vintage leases with inflated rents at a so called higher cap rate then if tenant leaves the second generational tenant will likely not pay that lease rate so you have an immediate cap rate drop on income based on what you originally paid.

So I discount cash flow model to what I think dollar store will renew for when Walgreens is no longer obligated to subsidize and old vintage lease for offer range.When pharmacies were expanding everywhere they were agreeing to high rents for that box size to just be in a location.

I mean "care" in terms of legality, not so much of the dog itself.A clearer example of this legal concept would be (caveat, not an attorney) is if my friend asked me to do her a favor and keep her jewelry box at my house while she was on vacation, but is not paying me anything.
