I'm currently looking at a property that has a large garage/barn that I'm planning to use for storage.

I don't even know how I'm going to fund the deal, but on fat deals, there's always money.

I am thinking about getting rid of the bathtub and leaving just a shower to open up the space a bit, maybe add some storage and make it more visually appealing.

I currently have 12 units (6 residential apartments & 6 garage storage units).
