There is no science as to why something doesn't rent.

But as I often say, these kind of rankings are part art and part science … so the beauty of any conclusion drawn from this analysis is definitely in the eye of the beholder.

In California, every RE transaction comes with a square footage advisory that basically says you are on your own when it comes to measuring square footage - an inexact science at best.
