Loans typically get paid back on a refinance or buy out period but if the property fails to gain enough equity within that period of time it can be a lost deal and painful.I would advise you to look into traditional or Non/QM financing where you use your credit score or income to buy the home.

Just for kicks, i looked up a few sf properties sold last year and see that land ranged from 40% to 60% so without knowing your property specifics, dunno why your land would be assessed 70%all i can suggest is look at comparable sales and see what the ratio is and then appeal using that dataalso i remember many years ago, a home was assessed higher than the transaction amount and after failing to reach agreement with assessor office, the homeowner reached out to the different elected city reps.

Many investors are too short-sighted to do this math and fail to understand that it's often foolish to focus soley on top-of-the-market rent as it can actually be more profitable to accept less than max rent to keep a good, stable tenant.

If they fail to allow access, they are charged a $100 trip charge fee.If their schedule doesn't allow them to be there, then I will open the home for the contractor.I try to respect the tenant's schedule, but I also expect them to respect mine and the contractor's.
