Probably accounting is what I would most strongly endorse for a young guy with less than 2 years in the Air Force. 

As long as it meets their standards and the title company will endorse it, they should let you shop your own contractor.

If I could go back and start the REI journey while finishing my Master's degree, I most certainly would.I endorse @Kim Tucker suggestion on finding a way to acquire a small MF around the university, live in one unit, and rent out the others.

what I meant is if the check comes to you in the name of the other party then they have to endorse it over.. it would be up to your bank if they would deposit it .. with the POA you provideI suspect not.. but don't really know for sure
