The foundational comprehension one needs coming into creative financing deals is you don't care about all the other garbage, your focus is how do I gain CONTROL of the property, to empower my MONITIZATION of the property, at a PROFITABLE MARGIN, that is at a level which makes sense for the RISK EXPOSURE. 

All that will probably come at a higher price, but you can be significantly empowered as a result, in which case the juice is definitely worth the squeeze.Just my two cents (no sales tax)Jim Kennedy, CPA

Another thing I did though, was go to Fiverr.com and select a pitch deck creator that took the content I wanted and made a PPT file for me.

Like I said I haven't looked myself with any of the BP creators personal websites but I'm sure if you look up any of them they will have an INVEST option and explain how you can invest with them.
