Be cautious if your planning on making a second illegal unit, I can't emphasis how much of a pain it is if the city finds out.

His emphasis is on the total theoretical savings over the life of the mortgage, looking at the total dollar amount saved over thirty years as if that amount was saved today, immediately.

There lack of interpretation of the code and constant hold to exceptions and over emphasis on unnecessary portions of the code etc is frustrating beyond belief.

I couldn't agree more that the emphasis should be focused on providing constructive info that can teach people what works and what doesn't.
