I'll pay thru this if this is real deal but how do I know I'm dealing with the right person?

If the lender keeps the property can they offload it for a quick profit or will they be stuck with a project that will cost them more money than what its worth if the deal did come thru.

They are just like you: working jobs, parents, side hustling, wearing sandals, and driving a Prius.

@Josival Junior, I would counter, see if they're open to negotiating, and if not, then walk away.

So, no I do not think the fed is going to go back to buying MBS to drive down rates.

This means there is upwards of a 10 minute drive to reach some of the "A" locations in the neighborhood when traveling from  the "C" areas.

I countered with 35k down but they wouldn't do it.And believe me I don't really want to fund the additional units with my money. 

I got a chance to drive a few of the neighborhoods to figure out where we want to buy.
