This house also has had top tier foundation stabilization, waterproofing, and main drain sheathing done to it, has recently new roof and mechanicals.  

It has small stuff like water leakage at sink fixture handles, water leakage in sink drain pipe, water stain beneath sink. 

Dump costs here for all that brick can run $4-$5k unless you can bury it in the yard as a "french drain" or a new shed base!!
