Main goal is to start building a port folio, understanding the ins and outs and hopefully start lookin into property deals where the roi is high. 

Lastly, the price point is still very cheap here in the sense that you can still find investment deals that hit the 1% rule for 120-180k!

A good broker should be able to tell you a range of rates given specific criteria if you can tell them what kind of deals you are exactly looking at (ex. in central Boston, 10-20 unit, 90%+ occupancy, 30% down).

Can you wholesale a deal that is active with a real estate agent?

Water, power (no gas) are billed directly from the utilities company. 

It gets my foot in the door with a human-like voice, qualifies leads, and handles follow-ups, so by the time I step in, I’m only dealing with real opportunities.
