I don’t deny we’re in an unfortunate state.I recently heard of a lady on the east coast of Florida, who, after being a Realtor for many years, is losing her own house to foreclosure because she hasn’t made a sale in over three months.

One thing I was interested in knowing is how much an rental applicant can be denied based on criminal record.

I mean the worst case, I will be denied...but hey, I know that already.

The insurance company denied the claim as it was a homeowner policy.

It should never be given to open up say a video rental card and I believe that anyone denying you services because of refusal to give an SSN can be fined.

These are the biggest X's banks use to deny loans, variable income, no verifiable income or short time on job.

like such a property will close quickly, but I believe the truth is (looking for anybody that confirm or deny this) the bank only approved the owner to go forward with a short-sale, but they'll reserve the right to qualify EACH AND EVERY offer before releasing the property.

Why let anyone deny YOU the right to actually KNOW the truth. 

I will go ahead and submit a back up offer to the LA anyway, in case lender denies 1st offer price or they miss the dead line, or else will come up.
