I just think basement access is generally a bad idea.

This idea that everything goes up in price is completely fictional.

Think of it like the idea of wanting to go on Vacation and asking a group of a million people where you should go.

When renting out furnished rooms, am I obligated to provide the exact furnishings and decor shown in the original listing photos?

Any idea if syndicator does not perform, can we fire them.

Then you would know, that purchasing something that is losing money from the get-go is an unwise idea.

I have no idea if that is the case in the area where you building is, but it is something to research and look into.
