The listed shipping date on whatever is more like a suggestion from the el-cheapo online supplier and it takes way longer to show up or sometimes doesn't show up at all.

And it's not just about the communication, it's about changing the move In date and being able to pay.

They should be able to give you this proof.You still may have a claim against the broker as they were responsible for the security deposit and rental funds up to the date of sponsorship termination.

I had a similar issue as a buyer's agent and I had to go back and forth with the builder multiple times and even back up the closing date because there were a few items to take care of, have your agent represent you on that. 

Are you limited by dates like a 1031 ?
