I may try a shade of gray instead and see how that holds up!

A qualified local solar installer would be able to measure the roof, perform a shade and structural analysis, review the usage history, and design a system for your roof space.

The only way the payback is that low is if you have a lot of shade or the company is charging wayyy too much.

I find out now after speaking with the "other" GC my contractor shaded the "other GC" only gave him half.

Google him.Lol, that's very funny I am talking about people doing the leg work themselves not entrusting someone to do it for you.Quentin, I'm a landlord with urban C-class SFR properties, some definitely shading into D-class territory but not quite there.

Everything from cabinet height to which 3 shades of white we needed on walls and baseboard and ceiling (who knew there were so many variations of white?) 

The darker colors correspond to higher average cap rates.
