It's a condo built in the 70s that needs some framing, drywall work, flooring, cabinets hung, bathroom surround tiled, electrical outlets replaced (because it's dumb when they're all different colors), & doors hung.

Not all rents but enough that investors lost properties in record numbers.rents in Portland held did not really go up or down.. but Commercial got hammered I remember coming back from my exile in the deed south and going to dinner one night at my favorite Chinese place and the strip mall was 80% dark... go today and its 100% full..

I wouldn't blame the tenant but what I would do is paint the mailbox (and the post holding it up) a random color so if somebody hits it and the paint rubs off it will be easier to figure out who is at fault (as the paint will likely rub on the car that ran into it).

So I can understand the fear......... but in general a lot of them are very sweet...... but I wouldn't want to meet a pissed off one in a dark alley.

For example specified by region and sun exposure so paint colors are relevant to the space.
