Thinking about switching

Curious to know if anyone else does the model this current day. 2019 was a different ballgame than todays market for sure and I think the model can work but it's very few and far between where the numbers will make sense in todays market.

Also think about what can be damaged (tenants generally don't take care of the place as well as you would). 

My thinking immediately turned to researching local rental costs per square foot to determine income potential with triple the current square footage.

Don't change jobs or income yet.Once you do and you think you can manage the payments based on your new income, maybe once you get the rooms rented.Then if you want to switch there are plenty of opportunities. 

I don’t think it’s a good opportunity yet.

You will likely run into a lot of late-20's/early 30s guys doing this, who have a lot of confidence but not a lot of experience.Overall, I think the biggest thing is finding a group that generally has the same outlook as you. 

Currently I am thinking about trying to collect some preforeclosures and fix and rent.

But I think it has more to do with how different individuals handle what is technically an invasion of their space and privacy.

I have tried a couple and didn't think they were very helpful.
