My wife was not pleased at what I spent, but the "Bunkhouse" has outsold the "Cozy" side by almost 50%. 

This bungalow features two bedrooms & 1 bath PLUS Bonus Room on the 2nd level, Large kitchen, cozy dining room, utility room & spacious family room.

Cynically, I also think that the most ambitious employees will want to be in the office where they can cozy up to the powers-that-be and brown-nose more effectively.And, to the extent that people want to be in the office, Covid may be the moment when people realize that the open-plan office is a great failure and a destroyer of productivity, not to mention a spreader of germs.  

I have been researching Buildium, Appfolio, Rent Manager, Cozy, Cloud Tenant etc. and would like feedback on what landlords have found to be the best for the items I listed.

@Vince Futia, I not sure either Cozy, dwolla, or erent is going to meet all your objectives.

I use Cozy for property management, and Sage 100cloud for accounting (I have multiple properties and multiple LLCs and it handles everything well).

I'm just thankful it wasn't black mold and that it was confined to the basement.At the end of the day I'm actually very happy with the situation - it was a great learning experience, no one was harmed, my house is still standing and bringing in checks, I learned how to remove mold, and now I get to share my mistakes with BiggerPockets and hopefully prevent someone else from making the same mistakes!

I’ve been thinking about trying cozy but curious if there is a better app or website.
